ExtraCollect Now Available to UK Public Sector Organisations via G-Cloud 15
Public sector organisations can now procure QUALCO’s market-leading DCA Panel Management software through a streamlined SaaS model
QUALCO UK has been named as a supplier on Government Commercial Agency’s RM1557.15 G-Cloud framework.
G-Cloud 15 is the UK Government’s flagship procurement framework for cloud-based services, providing public sector organisations with a simplified and compliant route to acquire proven Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions. The framework supports central government departments, local authorities, NHS organisations, housing associations, public agencies and other public bodies in procuring innovative cloud technologies more quickly and efficiently.
Government Commercial Agency (GCA) is the UK’s central commercial and procurement organisation, connecting public and private sectors to achieve the best outcomes for the UK and its citizens. GCA uses its commercial expertise to create a simpler procurement experience that redirects valuable resources into essential public services – creating value for the nation.
The inclusion of ExtraCollect on the framework represents a significant milestone for QUALCO, enabling public sector organisations to access the platform through a recognised procurement route without the complexity, cost and timescales traditionally associated with technology procurements.
ExtraCollect is a cloud-native SaaS platform that enables organisations to manage outsourced collections, recoveries and servicing operations through a single, secure and highly configurable environment. The solution provides end-to-end visibility and control across servicing partners, supporting allocation strategies, performance management, governance, auditability, reconciliation, management information and regulatory oversight.
Already trusted by organisations across financial services, utilities and the public sector, ExtraCollect has been designed to help clients improve operational efficiency, strengthen governance and deliver better customer outcomes while maintaining complete control of external servicing activities. The platform is hosted within enterprise-grade UK cloud infrastructure and offers secure access, scalability and resilience suitable for highly regulated environments.
Jan-Michael Lacey, Director of Sales & Marketing at QUALCO UK, commented:
“Being awarded a place on G-Cloud 15 is an important achievement for QUALCO and further validates the strength of the ExtraCollect platform. Public sector organisations are increasingly looking for proven SaaS solutions that can be deployed quickly, deliver operational efficiency and provide robust governance. Through G-Cloud 15, organisations can now access ExtraCollect through a simplified procurement route and benefit from a platform that has already demonstrated success across some of the UK’s most complex recovery and servicing environments.”
The move also supports QUALCO’s broader strategy of expanding access to innovative recovery technology and making ExtraCollect available to a wider range of organisations through a true SaaS delivery model. Internal product development initiatives have focused on increasing client self-service capabilities, scalability and operational flexibility, allowing clients to configure and manage key aspects of their recovery operations while QUALCO maintains responsibility for platform security, compliance and resilience.
With public sector organisations under continued pressure to improve efficiency, reduce operational costs and enhance customer outcomes, ExtraCollect provides a modern, cloud-based platform that delivers greater transparency, control and performance across third-party servicing ecosystems.
ExtraCollect is now available to eligible public sector organisations through the G-Cloud 15 Framework
