Success is down to our people
We invest in our people because it’s important to foster a strong and diverse culture in the workplace that maximises the expertise and efforts of our colleagues..
We are committed to wellbeing and offer an environment which supports physical, emotional, financial and social wellbeing.
QUALCO is a growing company. In the last 4 years our team has more than doubled in size! We are fully committed to hiring people who bring new perspectives and different experiences. We moved to our contemporary office in the historic Brooklands area of Weybridge in 2023, The Heights.
Many of our people have had long and successful careers at QUALCO with more than half of the team being with us for over 3 years, and a quarter of those more than 5 to 10 years! Our latest vacancies can be found here: Jobs | QUALCO

Community
- Through our continued sponsorship of AFC Wimbledon, we work to promote the positive link between sport and mental wellbeing in the local community.
- We recently held our first AFC Wimbledon outreach programme for the under-18s youth academy team on the theme of ‘Financial Wellness Matters’.
- In previous years, our employees have taken part in the London 10k, running for the charity CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) and for Cancer Research UK.
- We also launched a Mental Health Awareness Day for the credit industry.
- We are proud of our partnership with Momentum Children's Charity. We support this wonderful charity through employee volunteering, raising money through events and focusing on financial wellbeing for families. Check out the latest Impact Report here.
Environmental policy
We’ve committed to a net zero carbon emissions operation, ahead of the UK Government target of 2050. We continue to work towards a greener, carbon-free future as our standard business practise. This includes:
- Minimising our electricity, gas and water consumption
- Reusing or recycling all possible materials and reducing waste produced by our activities.
- Considering the environmental cost of travel to and from places of work, including client visits.
- Nominating “Environment Champions” in the office that hold us accountable for our net zero obligations.
- We chose our office at the Heights due to their commitment to sustainability, with every aspect of the building’s energy usage sourced entirely from renewable energy.
