1. Do you have any pets; if yes, what are they and what is(are) their name(s)?
We have a ginger Persian cat called Wilbur.
2. Tell us something nobody knows about you.
I can count to five in Indonesian – and say, “Good day, how are you?”.
3. Who is the most famous person you’ve met?
I once went for dinner with [British broadcaster] Chris Evans after a game of golf.
4. Describe your job/role at Qualco in three words (or five words if that seems a little short!).
Fun, challenging, awesome – as with all sales roles, another three words would be “roller coaster ride”.
5. In another life, if you weren’t doing your current role at Qualco UK what would you be doing?
Sales and marketing for an F1 team or the PGA Tour.
6. What’s something an outsider wouldn’t know about your industry?
It’s much more customer service and support-orientated than actual ‘debt collection’ in the traditional sense. The investment in, and use of, advanced technology and data analytics is staggering.
7. What is your guilty pleasure?
Champagne, although I don’t feel that guilty about it.
