1. Do you have any pets; if yes, what are they and what is (are) their name(s)?
Yes, I have a cat called Jez, who is a Bengal/tabby mix.
2. Tell us something nobody knows about you.
I don’t think there is anything about me that nobody knows. But most people, I imagine, wouldn’t know I have four fewer internal organs than most people due to a variety of issues. But it shows what you can live without!
3. Who is the most famous person you’ve met?
I met some members of [Irish boyband] Westlife and [former professional footballer] Joe Cole in a previous job.
4. Describe your job/role at Qualco in three words (or five words if that seems a little short!).
Improving collections performance.
5. In another life, if you weren’t doing your current role at Qualco UK what would you be doing?
Going around the world snowboarding.
6. What’s something an outsider wouldn’t know about your industry?
We aren’t all big guys bashing your door down. I still feel the need to explain when I tell someone I work in the debt collection industry!
7. What is your guilty pleasure?
