Qualco UK appoints new Head of Risk & Compliance

James Goddard has been appointed Head of Risk & Compliance at Qualco UK.

Goddard has over 15 years of experience in the collections and recoveries sector within a wide variety of companies. His most recent role at Enova International, a US fintech firm, saw him manage a team of analysts and develop new partnerships to enhance recoveries and minimise risk.

Prior to this position Goddard played a pivotal role in ensuring cross-company coherence and compliance for short-term lender Wonga. He has also held positions at peer-to-peer lender Zopa and debt purchaser CapQuest.

James Goddard welcomed his appointment, saying:
