Togglit unveils version 1 of its Customer Portal, transforming support for indebted customers

Today signifies a momentous occasion in the evolution of Togglit, powered by Qualco, as we launch Version 1 of our Customer Portal. This milestone represents a significant step forward in our mission to provide a suite of financial wellbeing tools and enhanced support to indebted customers, completely free of charge.

From today, customers can register at to access a range of features tailored to their financial situation. Among the highlights, users can easily view their registered accounts from various companies and organisations partnered with Togglit, check their debt status, utilise open banking technology, review recent activity, track payments made to date, complete affordability assessments and facilitating transparent communication with relevant clients & Debt Collection Agencies (DCAs).

Furthermore, our support extends beyond financial management. Through our partnership with Stepchange, users can access a dedicated support centre, offering guidance and resources to navigate their path towards financial health with confidence.

While Version 1 marks an exciting starting point, it lays the groundwork for many transformative innovations to come. Throughout 2024 and beyond, Togglit will introduce a host of additional functionalities, including:

  • Repayment calculators for enhanced financial planning
  • ‘Inform Once, Tell Many’ vulnerability awareness
  • Income maximisation strategies in collaboration with trusted third-party partners
  • Credit repair solutions, empowering users to rebuild their financial standing
